An education and network platform for Shure customers, including system integrators, consultants, music industry retailers, engineers, and musicians.

Challenge

How might we create sales enablement e-learning courses that deliver micro-learning style content for retail members around the world can learn about the new Shure products?

Solution

As an e-learning designer at Shure, I led and developed online learning content for retailers, distributors, and technical associates. Through this development sales associates and distributors could receive the latest information and training to best match customers with the right product.

Impact

A total of four global courses were developed and in three months these lessons have been completed by 145 individual users and an aggregate of 60 hours of total training time.

The goal was to convey and promote updates of the product

Aonic Earphone Line

The goal was to provide education and training for sales, distribution, and technical associates on this new product.

Lessons Learned:

•New product (released Fall 2020) and novel constraints

•Strategizing within a larger learning framework and positioning of earphones

•Thinking globally about education design and translation 

SM Microphone Line (Vocals & Instruments)

The goal was to provide education and training for sales, distribution, and technical associates on the the entire product line and the features that work best for each microphone scenario.

Lessons Learned:
